Shipping and Handling -

Our standard shipping and handling rates are $3.95.  Shipping rates MAY BE HIGHER on bulky or heavy orders.  If so, we will contact you with the total before shipment.  To estimate shipping costs with the United States Postal Service on heavier orders click here.  You can also place orders online and pick them up at our store for no additional fees.

Returns (Online Purchases)-

Items from online sales may be returned within 10 days of purchase.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Items must be in unopened origional packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.  Please indicate reason for return on the invoice and what action you would like us to take (refund, exchange, etc.)  Please insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

Returns (In-Store Purchases)-

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for in-store purchases.

Out of stock items -

Most out of stock items are marked.  Please check back or e-mail us for more information on those items.  If an order is placed for an unmarked out of stock item, we will contact you before shipping the rest of your order.
